Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of opportunities. Management cares about your well being although you really have to prove yourself to the job to move up & get better shifts. Management really cares & tries to recognize personal life struggles. They are very good on their open door policy & welcoming employees to speak to them. Pay is great & every one makes a great team.
Cons
Late nights & very corporate. Some people blame issues on one manager but I disagree & think people should look at the bigger picture. The place is the same EVERYWHERE so customers can have way higher expectations than necessary. People think you wont make much because the food can be cheap but you get a lot of table’s compared to other restaurants.
