U will get good rest, no work for one year, then you will realise, you are not learning anything new. Thats good comfort zone. we had 2-3 parties a year, and APL cricket match. bare minimum work

Cons

They will cut your variable pay, and stop your increment without any reason, you will not get any good tech stack to work on.. No learning, just chill time.

I joined as a fresher(Project Trainee). It is very good to start your career in AST, As it has very good learning scope and people here are very approachable. I strongly suggest to join this company without any hesitation.

Cons

I feel salary is bit moderate here compare to other software companies. As cost of living is high in Pune. I was expected bit more ctc than now.
