Pros

Leadership is very supportive of employees, salary is great, benefits are definitely much better that most other companies of similar size, education reimbursement is perhaps the best benefit

Cons

Need to review their hiring practices, carefully review employment contracts and/or conflicts before hiring future employees

Pros

Phenomenal CEO! AST has a Clear & Honest Vision for the Company which they openly share and work towards. There is an abundance of Loyalty within AST, from Employees to their Practices and from the Executives/Leadership Team to their Employees. Extremely intellectual Executive VP/CFO. You can always count on the COO to give you a clear honest answer and a marching order when needed. The Sr. VP of Sales is Truly Impressive. The Director of Marketing is the epitome of a knowledgeable, talented, and fair director. Many of the VP’s truly own their Practices and work diligently to grow them. AST is a shining example of Richard Branson's quote "Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to".
