Pros

Direct Client Projects, Competitive Salary, Structured organization, Benefits, Good employee policies, Management communicates well and is approachable, Great Opportunity to learn as the projects are mostly implementation, Immigration team is good ( I joined on a receipt notice and got my approval) I do no t know of any rejections in immigration so its safe to take a chance with the H1 transfers too.

Cons

Implementation Projects run a tight ship , Be prepared to step up and deliver

The company culture, commitment to our people and our customers success if phenomenal. We have attracted a new leadership team that is re-igniting everyone's passion for team success. We are focused on Customer Success and Employee Growth Opportunities. Our experience in the cloud is phenomenal and we are growing considerably by attracting new talent and customers. As of 10/28/2019, AST has over 500 employees dedicated to the cloud.

Cons

Keeping up with the pace of growth demands. It's an exciting challenge to be faced with.
