Working at ABC is a fulfilling career

Pros

Daily interaction with the staff and the patients. It is a Monday-Friday job with set hours leaving the weekend open for family time. The pay is competitive, offers insurance and 401K along with your holidays off.

Cons

It is tough witnessing one of the patients in a behavior.

It is a great feeling knowing that you are making a difference in the life of a child and their family. Great staff that really make you feel like part of a family.

Cons

It is difficult not to take your work home with you because you are always thinking about the patients and their programs.

Pros

Earn 1 paid day after your first 3 months there. They have an employee daycare. You make a deference in kids lives.

Cons

They treat their employees like crap. The building is worn down. They hired unqualified people. Not everyone is PCM certified, which is not a good thing. No one in upper management cares about the children they only care about money. You don't want to work here.
