-Paid training -Good support from supervisors -See your clients reach their goals -Entry-level experience working with kids -Good place to learn de-escalation techniques

Cons

-Cancelations (scheduling tries to give you options to make up your missed hours) -Some coworkers may focus on your client rather than their own client -If you do not consider yourself as a patient person, for your sake and the client's sake, this is not the job for you

The only pros are the families & clients we get to serve.

Cons

The combination of Micro Management, the scheduling department being a nightmare and the lack of fair wage increases will make anyone turn and run for the hills.
