      It was great until it wasn't

      Pros

      Trying to become more employee-focused. Improving benefits with employee feedback. Some really great clients.

      Cons

      No clear promotion paths. No clear managers. Far too top-heavy. More talk than action on culture/employee experience. Clients are always put ahead of the employees, to the point of hurting employees (i.e., overworked/burnout).

      Dumped the second the job was done

      Pros

      Ultimately, there was no Pro. They used me.

      Cons

      Hired me for a job they couldn't staff. Never a single word of criticism from anyone internal or client. Canned the day after my first engagement finished. Client was happy. They hired me away to fill a role then dumped me. Weak.

      Massive turnover recently. Do your homework before you come.
