      Pros

      AIS taps the ambitions of its employees. Besides owning shars in the company (following all the applicable laws), AIS has managed to build in R&D -- working to be great in the moment while preparing for the future is hard. Employees can choose to be part of R&D and/or focus on the moment -- their choice; AIS provides paths for both options. Also, the execs keep the BS to a minimum. They walk the talk and, from what I can tell, hold themselves to the same accountabilities as everyone else.

      Cons

      It's unclear how you move up and what the various job categories and levels are. That's all vague, though they made a recent announcement they are working to clarify that and make it as transparent as possible.
