Pros
The mentorship culture, both across the company and within the project teams, is phenomenal. I've had so much support with learning what I need to be successful.
Cons
Getting shifted from project to project can feel alienating sometimes and cause weeks of unproductive time between off-boarding from one and on-boarding to another. Waiting for accounts to be created and permissions to be added can feel like an eternity while I'm sitting on my hands.
