Pros

Work-life balance is great, I am able to work my normal hours (8am - 5pm) with a lunch break. The people that work here are amazing. Everyone is always willing to help. I've made some great friends while working here. The projects are a hit or miss; some projects are more interesting than others but they mostly keep me on my toes having to learn new technology whenever needed. There is a vast amount of opportunity for learning about current technology, they hold lunch and learns, bootcamps, and more. I highly recommend AIS!

Cons

Sometimes you'll get stuck on one project that you might not want to be on and it's difficult to move you around once you're already there.
