      Pros

      This place of jam packed of talented and knowledgeable professionals, excited about what they do and willing to share their expertise. The culture is wrapped around developing not just as it pertains to the work, but also as an individual. AIS takes great pride in aiding and encouraging their team to grow and learn new skills, as well as hone and expand existing expertise.

      Cons

      There really isn't much to say against!

      Pros

      This is a good company. The company culture is of fairness and opportunity to grow. I have the sense I work among very smart, innovative coworkers who make my work more interesting and keep us all more productive as a team. I look forward to my work every day.

      Cons

      Some of the senior employees who will be retiring in coming years will be missed. But they are training their subordinates to carry on the engaging and successful company philosophy.
