1) Good people 2) Promotes Certifications and learning 3) Good clients and projects (if you're lucky)

Cons

1) below industry grade compensation 2) Laptops provided to you will be in a condition which won't even make you feel like opening them let alone working (in the WFH scenario atleast you're on your own to get them fixed and that's a trouble you don't wanan get into ) 3) WFH employee benefits like reimbursement for ergonomic desk, chair, monitors etc only applicable for US based employees. To add insult to the injury such benefits gets announced in combined meetings with the US team.
