Pros

We see many companies saying they are employee friendly but never saw any company of this kind who really follow it . Everyone is very much matured and understandable . Its a life time experience to work in this company . I was reluctant by seeing many posts on firing but when i joined the reality is different . Its the best companies where employees are given priority and i never felt any pressure on the tasks assigned and designed by me. Above all everyone in the organization trusts each other which is very rare in any organization . The process is completely structured and nothing goes adhoc .

Cons

Every company has negatives but what really matters is "What is dominating (Cons or Pros )". So i would not think of any Cons as a point to mention. Thanks a lot to Friendly Teams.
