Pros

Outstanding family-like company culture, great place to work! They really take care of their people and recognize your achievements. This had been one of the best companies I had worked with.

Cons

Because the company is small, opportunities for advancement are limited compared to larger companies. This is only a minor issue as if you start in an area that is your passion you will be rewarded by management and peers.

I loved my job and it was a new unique field to learn

Cons

No training was provided for the job I was doing even though we had a dedicated trainer for our technicians. Pay was below average. Company wouldn't pay to get brakes fixed on our delivery trucks but had no problem buying rolex watched for the sales reps.
