Pros

Fantastic culture and work/life balance. In sales, like any other sales job... if you work hard the compensation is phenomenal. The company growth and outlook are extremely positive creating new opportunities and opportunities for professional growth in every department and business sector.

Cons

The 401k match is not as good as what a national company would do, but the culture and opportunity for growth makes up for it.

Best people ever. Owner really cares about his employees and clients. The company always errs in favor of the customer. Customer satisfaction is very important. Team members have leeway to help customers. It is a team. If you want to move up in the company or into another division you have the ability to. It is a fun place to work.

Cons

Was never able to get a raise. Company is very growth oriented which is also a pro. Not the best 401k plan.
