Lacks clear leadership, Challenges with Morale in Unsupportive Environments ,unfair workload balance and without compensation, Micromanaging Directors and Managers, needs improvement and clear process training , repetitive and unchallenging tasks without room for growth or skill development . Lacks motivation in a static role . Negative and toxic workplace environment. Problem employees are not terminated but only moved around to other departments.
