There are business and technical career opportunities to allow a great amount of flexibility in career choices. Cons
Some of the expectations are aggressive, and there are times when the pressure is intense. Our customers are mostly in Asia, so sometimes schedule flexibility is required (late night conference calls, frequent travel, etc...).
