      Pros

      Some real talent in the technology arena. Challenging work environment, lots of opportunities for movement within the organization. Pay and benefits are quite good.

      Cons

      Lay-off happy environment. It's getting more and more difficult to make money in this space and it shows in the daily stress place on employees. Total and complete GOOD OLE BOY environment. If you are a woman, middle management is the best you can hope to achieve there no matter your skills and qualifications.

      Pros

      Salary in general is very high. Lotsa smart people and definite room for career growth if you perform well and want it. Truly a global company, so you'll have the opportunity to interact with folks abroad.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and reductions in force along with mandatory days vacation time selected for you. Sometimes you wonder why non-successful employees are allowed to stick around.
