Excellent experience working in the semi conductor industry with million dollar tools, after working long enough with this company you will be able to go anywhere in the semiconductor industry Performance Based Bonus's After 7+ Years Paid Time Off Accural is 8hrs a paycheck twice a month Rotating 12 Hour Shifts

Extremely Stressful Projects where the customer is demanding and unreasonable, management does not back up or protect its employees, Mandatory Overtime can be assigned with no prior notice Poor Documentation and Procedures Hostile Environment where one mistake can get you let go Health Insurance and Benefits are slowly becoming unreasonable
