      Pros

      I still could not find anyone. The only thing I found it useful for was the development of my English (a very expensive English course).

      Cons

      No development offered to the employees, they simply want you to do the (simply and idiotic) work and this is it. It is maybe a good place for people who are close to the retirement age, but if you are young and willing to learn simply forget it. Also the ghost of the customer closing or reducing contract and therefore of you getting fired is always there.
