      Pros

      My teammates were an Extra Ordinary group of people.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations. They have outsourced to a provider that is not capable of doing the job. Upper Management is not making informed decisions. The worker bees that have survived the numerous layoff are not appreciated. They are pushed to make an outsource model work with ineffective support systems.

      Get to work with industry-leading products, casual workplace dress, easy in-out of complex, limited telecommuting possibilities, full-time employees treat contractors with respect.

      Cons

      Offshoring, offshoring, offshoring, lots of layoffs in US over past 5 years, outdated enterprise resource management systems, product group in-fighting, technicians and below hired/let go at the bat of an eye.
