      Pros

      My peers are intelligent, and the company hires top notch people. The health benefits are good. Multitasking and problem solving (for me) are enjoyable. I like being a part of cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is non existent. Shift differential is being taken away soon. Surviving 13 layoffs, is especially stressful. Lack of knowing what top management is thinking and what tomorrow will bring.

      benefits are pretty good, many differnet products to sell.

      too many layers of mgt who are worried about looking good vs. managing the business.
