      A proud ship that lost its rudder

      Pros

      Technical challenges and an exciting industry. The company does have great benefits. Team work at project level is great., enjoy working with customers.

      Cons

      Too much Bureaucracy, stop and go initiatives, focus on management tools instead of paying attention to the fundamentals. Financial policy is penny-wise but pound foolish. Middle management layers are paralyzing pro-active approaches.

      Pros

      Pay is better than similar companies. Technology continues to be interesting. Opportunities for travel and foreign postings if you want them.

      Cons

      Long hours. Lack of respect from leadership team. Complete lack of accountability in senior management (time after time their initiatives fail, yet it's always the little guys who get RIF'd). Core values only apply to the lower ranks, senior managers and up can ignore them with no penalty.
