      Benefits are nice, good PTO, sick pay, etc.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, no consistency in scheduling, sometimes management does not communicate effectively with you (really depends on which department you are in, I suppose), Avoid night shift...

      cutting edge, industry leader, well funded

      Cons

      perpetually understaffed, cliques push new hires to isolation, nepotism leads to an extreme lack of accountability for unsafe work practices, this will put you in danger if you work hands on with the tools. Turnover rate is huge for this position for good reasons.
