Pros

good pay and good benefits. Co-workers were like family!

Cons

Management does not care about people in the field. More worried about labor cost than employee wellbeing. Mandatory review curve, 5% have to be on the bottom. Pay raises average 2% which is not up to the industry standard. Many people leaving company because of pay and lack of job satisfaction.

Pros

Good pay, great coworkers, and immediate supervisors

Cons

Over work their employees. Layoffs are common. You can't move into a higher roles unless you have tight personal connections (son of an Engineer there, etc.) They pride themselves on being the "most ethical" place to work while their workers are collapsing due to exhaustion. Maybe that is what most ethical means near Austin.
