Pros

Good work life balance Friendly management

Cons

If you join as a software engineer in CSS, most probably you will have nothing much to learn. You will start feeling that you are being de-skilled. More of support job and fixing bugs is the only job you get most of the time Not good for a fresher who wants to learn new things everyday and work on cutting edge technology. Not good for a software engineer to begin career
