Pros

Good benefits. Good for entry level or to get your foot in the door with the semiconductor industry.

Cons

Low pay. Politics. Poor management.

Pros

Decent pay (but don’t expect any big raises) Good benefits, stock program Flexible with time off Good people work for the company

Cons

Management is more concerned with KPI’s (key performance indicators), than helping individuals find their path for the future. When I started, there was lots of talk about guidance for career goals, but ZERO follow up. My manager changed about every 1.5-2 years, which was obnoxious. They WILL make you do lots of overtime and somehow it always happens during the summer. Minimal opportunity for upward movement.

Pros

There are not many pros.

Cons

Your career is not important to management. You are just a number.
