Pros

Flexible, great work life balance, stimulating field. Great exposure to all semiconductor technologies and advancements. Stock purchase program is great. Executives manage the company very effectively.

Cons

Middle management are typically great engineers, not necessarily gifted managers. Pay is not as competitive for the area. Benefits are also not competitive relatively.

Pros

On-site cafeteria, free gym membership, colleagues in NPI are very intelligent, competitive atmosphere, but able to maintain that work-life balance.

Cons

Redundant processes, slow movement depending on who you're dealing with, and sometimes management are more concerned about telling you what to do rather than giving you a task and you deciding how to accomplish it.
