      It was okay,just can't figure out why they don't hire on experienced contractors,instead they let them go.

      Pros

      Lots of hours, great pay as a contractor due to all the over time.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really interact with individual technicians, worked there for a whole year and saw the Manager of my department at least 3 times a week and he had no idea who I was or anyone except people that had been there for decades.

      Extreme politics, inept Executive Management (prior to VSEA take-over) Employee morale has been low for some time, and does not appear to get better.

      I enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      A lack of career development. Poor mentoring and coaching from management. Managers are always worried about losing their job and are reluctant to train their employees.
