      Job security and made to feel valued

      Cons

      Work life balance varies team to team basis. Less technical people promoted to be a manager and destroy the work life balance. Growth opportunity is limited software developers.

      Pros

      Stable company and less chances of getting fired once you settle and learn the product.

      Cons

      Mixed technology based on team. But don't get exposure to latest tech. Now in some teams it is picking up, will take time. No transparency in promotions, worst people get promoted and good ones are working like donkey. Work life balance is not good as it used to be earlier
