Higher ups really sucked. Before the acquisition, everything was great. Loved clocking in at work. After the acquisition, everything went down hill quick. Management started micro managing, C Suite executives became complete a**holes. Got to the point where it felt like they were sucking the soul out of me.
you will absolutely make no money here. They promise you big things and then push your metrics up so high that it's impossible to reach. Training is horrible and everything is self taught
For the most part, surrounded by a group of genuinely nice and caring individuals with a shared goal for business. Top down is actually positive, HR seems to care and take serious action when necessary. You do get to travel and participate in team events, customer engagements / trade shows. Overall it was a positive experience if I look past the team I was on.
Cons
My specific team was not ideal. At the time, favoritism/ nepotism played a major rule in financial and grade promotion, however, I will say HR stepped in immediately and took it serious. Overall, I do not have many cons to share.
