Pros

Excellent people make up the team. Everyone works well together to help one another. Leadership is very good and manages the team for success.

Cons

A lot of change both internally and externally, but we are managing it as best as possible. Getting better every day.

Pros

Medical/Dental was okay. Not the best though

Cons

Higher ups really sucked. Before the acquisition, everything was great. Loved clocking in at work. After the acquisition, everything went down hill quick. Management started micro managing, C Suite executives became complete a**holes. Got to the point where it felt like they were sucking the soul out of me.

Pros

You're selling premium design software that has very few viable competitors.

Cons

BDR/AE processes are laughable. I've worked in an extremely successful environment where the processes are simple and straightforward, you will not find that here. The CRM/Quoting system is absolutely atrocious. It may take you an entire day to get a quote complete if there are any discounts made, sometimes up to 2 days. Little to no communication between departments leading to confusion and frustration. Non-ethical -- if you're not a favorite prepare to get your deal stolen.
