Pros

PTO is great with this company! Apptricity definitely likes to make sure we get our vacation time in because we work so hard during the year. It's really nice to be rewarded by them in this way because it makes all the hard work wirth it! We also have really good health, vision, and dental benefits. once again, nice to know Apptricity really cares about taking care of their employees on this kind of level. Thank you!

Cons

I feel like I have a hard time balancing work and life. This may just be a personal struggle though, nothing to discredit Apptricity.

Pros

Apptricity has great company culture and wonderful people to work with. It is an extremely collaborative work environment and you will learn a lot. A typical day is fast paced but not so much that you can't keep up.

Cons

It took me a while to learn how to do the job.

This place is for the 1% of the people who want to be part of the next generation technology.

Cons

Hire people who want to be here with the right attitude and the ability to create next generation technology. This isn't for people who lack the talent the put on the resume. This isn't an IT shop. This is a technology company for those who are gifted and want to create next generation technology
