Pros

Company setting new direction with its technology stack,. Large deals are being signed and a new CFO who has the companies interest as his top priority.

Cons

Still some individuals who thinks it's about them, but only a few of them left. All the malcontents are gone finally. You can read about them on the negative reviews.

Pros

I've seen some investment in new technologies and development that's promising. The current Chief Architect has been able to bring some much needed leadership and vision to this company. His talks at the company meetings are fun and informative. Things are looking up in the area of new apps and opportunities.

Cons

Historically if there was a hard way to do something that's what was done. People in important positions that shouldn't be. Fragmented and low quality products.

I enjoy the team I work with. I like the fact that we can always go to upper management and asjk for their advice on certain projects.
