No consistency across practice groups, as with any corporate setting, some members of management choose favorites

There is a good ol boy mentality and hard work does not equate to promotion. Not consistent in handling employee morale and keeping the good hard working people happy. Tend to pile it on those who show above average competence and those with less than par competence skates by (making the same if not more than a colleague with a busy schedule)
