Leadership, particularly Lachlan Guy, has crafted a well-structured growth plan that supports personal development and success. The culture is positive, collaborative, and focused on achievement, making it an ideal environment for driven professionals.

      The onboarding process could be more consistent across different departments. Standardizing resources and communication may improve the experience for new hires.
