Cons
The company has multiple layers of middle management, but very little decision-making authority at those levels. If you need support or have a request, you're typically directed to HR or your manager, but neither seems able to resolve issues. Direct managers appear just as constrained, having to escalate requests through several levels of management, often with no outcome or response. As a result, you're left repeatedly chasing the same request without receiving a clear answer, which can make you feel like you're constantly asking for something unreasonable when all you want is a straightforward response.
