A lot of influence on my own work tasks. Creative, engaging and challenging tasks. International connections and colleagues generally with an open mind. Good nearest manager helps with engagement and keep distractions low.

Cons

Unclear goals, requirements and purpose. A feeling of wasted work because of lack of strategy. Recurring reorganizations which never really have time to set before a new reorganization. Big company with too little insight and communication between departments.
