      Pros

      Aptiv is working to land in really interesting technology sectors.

      Cons

      The execution of strategic work consistently failed to deliver in our business unit. Major pivots occurred frequently enough to disrupt the flow. The global teams were set on a course to run into issues for years and it finally came to bear. Lot's of high level leadership churn. Had really high expectations to be able to work for a company outside of SF on this new field, turned out to be pretty disappointing, engineers are being pushed to work extremely long hours.
