      We currently have an office in Mountain View comprised of our various business units. There are times we need to make decisions based on our customers and business direction. Mountain View continues to be a strategic location for our organization.

      Pros

      -Comfortable environment, people are very supportive and willing to help each other from different groups.

      Cons

      -When profits are low for the year, they will cut people, and then rehire at the beginning of next year. They seem highly invested in pleasing stock holders and not strengthening the knowledge within.

      Salary, little perks, fellow staff and immediate supervisors. Easy to work with and for. They value an honest days work.

      Cons

      Information can be confusing at times and communication can be contradictory but that’s due to the startup nature of this company’s division. Improvements are evident.
