      - Socials - Great People and multicultural env. - Interesting projects at the beginning - Stable company if you are looking for a work for a years

      Cons

      - Very long and boring projects - Not so much innovative development - Management sometimes is making very incomprehensible decisions - Tooooooo much bureaucracy and because of that a lot of wasted time - Too big rotation, a lot of people are leaving the company and the new ones are hiring, often without experience - a lot of overtimes
