Overall the environment is a “do as I say, not as I do” mentality, and if you don’t like it leave. You have a personal life? That’s fine as long as it doesn’t interfere with your job of being a taxi driver. Favoritism is alive and well, but don’t say anything about it. They know and don’t seem to care. The people who take it serious and want to do the best they can and are genuine don’t matter. Fake it until you make it is the name of the game. Oh and want to make one of those confidential complaints or report an issue? Better do it from somewhere else because the so called line and website to do so is not even accessible from your work phone or office WiFi, and the number provided is apparently disconnected and unreachable!
