No work life Balance. Too much pressure and stress.

Extremely Poor Management: lack of direction. They still do not know how to manage their market although they have tried so much. In fact, they do not know how to develop skills for an employee regarding their needs. Instead, they ask employees to perform false advertising through the company's app to show how employees are satisfied about the company. They can easily fire you although you have strong skills with solid foundation from your education and experiences. Do not expect someone who will speak up for you even though you have tried very hard to improve. Zero Training: as expected and agreed, training should be provided, but not at all. This company can definitely challenge your ability of handle stress. Your tutor can bull you by providing you zero training and stressing you about the final achievement. In fact, at the time when you just start your job there, you will see how many good employees have been fired. High Cost of Out-of-Pocket Health Care: The company's insurance will significantly drop your annual salary income due to the poor coverage. Health prevention becomes very difficult while you try to balance your health and finance.
