Thank you for the review. As you might be aware, during the last couple of months a high number of our employees have been working from home due to the COVID-19 situation. In order to learn from this, we have recently conducted a survey to gather feedback about their working-from-home experience. Aptiv gives unlimited opportunities to people who are not afraid to take the lead and go beyond their comfort zone. Work hard and play hard is fully applicable but in a healthy way. You can expect an appropriate reward for exceeding expectations.

Cons

Manufacturing and automotive are not easy domains, which you should understand joining.

- Size and inertia of the organization - Level of management scrutiny resulting in lower autonomy at lower levels - IT tools sometimes quite old and not up to current worldwide standards - Sometimes reactive management vs strategic proactive planning - Insufficient dedication at times to promote internal talent rather than looking for it outside
