      It's employment. For the time being

      Cons

      No trust in employees. Forced RTO. Mass lay offs with little to no warning. Raises are non existent or laughable at best. Poor product strategy.

      Terrible culture but decent pay

      Pros

      Good benefits. Automatic vesting in 401k plus a match. Good health and dental benefits, very low copay. Pay is above average for the type of role (but low for a sales role). Raises every year and a yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Culture is awful. Leadership is not willing to get their hands dirty and fix problems, instead they continue to push the status quo. Industry is becoming more competitive and there is no focus on improvement or innovation.

      Cons

      Sales team are sell outs that enter exclusivity agreements with customers that fall through, thus locking up your years of development only to then close your entire division. Real fun!
