Pros
Aptiv has a great position in the market and works on every aspect of the technology that will be required to get autonomous vehicles on the road. The company is full of smart, kind and reasonable individuals working at a team to solve customer challenges and bring new tech to the market, safely.
Cons
The company is going through many changes (all for the better in my opinion) but this creates a bit of an atmosphere of uncertainty in some areas of the business which can be frustrating for employees
