-Stayed strong and resilient through tough economic times where other businesses struggled and came out weaker, Aptive pushed through and came out stronger. -Best commission pay scales in the entire industry -full transparency in pay at all levels of the sales force -Excellent executive team leading the company -Great President's of Sales who lead the entire sales force with a good balance of leadership, results, and personal effort. -Great examples all over of hard working individuals who achieve massive results in personal sales and in recruiting results

-Big company, you have to produce big results to advance in position -You are expected to work very hard -As a sales rep, no health insurance benefits
