      Training was well structured, and the workshops were relatable to real life crucial conversations.

      Breakout session activity instructions sometimes got a bit confusing, due to participant not fully understanding what was required.

As a paralegal, I’ve been encouraged to take initiative, strengthen my technical and analytical skills, and get involved in meaningful projects that have a real impact. There’s a strong emphasis on professional development, teamwork, and maintaining high ethical standards, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding.

      Like any fast-growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, and it sometimes requires adapting to new processes on short notice. However, leadership does a good job of providing context and keeping the team aligned during those transitions.
