It’s no longer about being a great place to work now it’s only about turning a profit. It’s sad how the politics and cut-throat culture have turned so many once-kind people into stressed individuals. Worried about job security. We chose extreme growth, even if it meant letting go of the people who helped us build everything from scratch

Pros

Some wonderful supervisors within the administrative side of the company will help you grow your career. The work-life balance was decent. Depending on the department director, they make sure resources are available to find ways to show gratitude for hard-working employees.

Cons

There is a massive lack of transparency and poor communication. With constant changes effective communication from the top down is essential. A good handful of leaders within the company don't seem to genuinely live and honor the values the company was built on. Also, the company has sold out and is outsourcing all the positions they are able to or replacing humans with AI.

Management plays favorites You don't get paid drive time to and from home. During summer, you're lucky to even be home by 9 pm. Goes through many employees, the turnover rate is high Does not care about customers or employees. Company only cares about numbers.
