      Aptive holds true to its promises to sales reps a if you put in the work, you will find success. Training program has everything you will need if you learn it all, and apply it. Team Leaders and upper management care about everyone and are great leaders, teachers, and trainers. Ability for cooler students to earn $20,000 to over $150,000 depending on experience, work, and recruiting.

      This job requires a lot of hard work. Not for the weak willed or undisciplined.

      Pros

      Leaders are incredible and you are always paid what you are owed. Great incentives throughout the summer to keep motivated and have fun!

      Cons

      Time consuming (but worth it) as a salesman you don't have full control on cancelled accounts and things but that's the same with any pest control company
